I have been going to Dr. Frankel for 12+ years. Although he is not in-netowrk I don't mind paying for the peace of mind knowing that I am getting the exact care that I need. His office is very clean and the staff always welcomes me by name. Could not be happier.

Two things to note down when you visit this doc for the 1st time:

1. Ask him if he is doing a regular mouth cleanup or mouth debridement. For us , he did not give a choice and performed a mouth debridement. The mouth debridement is a money rip-off when it comes to the dental insurance.
2. Charged for full even if they do the service partially. Make it clear when you leave their office, to send any pending bills only for the service that was actually performed. I got a 2 digit number bill for a service that was not done fully.
