Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, especially Lissa!. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I have been going to Dr Scotti for many years and he is the most wonderful dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He works with you and doesn't make you feel bad about the state of your teeth!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Dr. Scotti is a perfectionist and explains everything in great detail. I had a lot of problems having gone to a union dental provider for a few years that was horrible. when I went to Dr. Scotti he explained all the problems I had, suggested a detailed plan of treatment and now my teeth are in great shape. I don't understand the negative review I read. I highly recommend this practice.
