Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Sam is the best dentist that I or anyone in my immediate family has ever had. He is recognized nationally and instructs other dentists in the most cutting edge dental techniques. Even with the most modern equipment and techniques, Sam still knows when to apply the simplest, most practical technique to get the more routine jobs done at reasonable cost and without complications. He understands the value of prevention and works with patients to avoid problems. The office runs in a patient friendly manner -- no waiting, automated appointment reminders, understandable billing etc‎
