They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Dr Falduto came in on his day off to fix my broken molar - He is the Best!!

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
