Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One thing I didn't like while I was there, was that they referred me to get dental endodontics in the middle of the procedure. I ended up getting 2 anethesthia shots on one side which took whole 1 week to recover the swelling. It made me somewhat suspicious of their motives. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Usually, I am scared of needles I probably wouldn't take kids here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was comfortable the entire time.

I'm very surprised at last negative reviews. The front office staff is always welcoming and friendly, and they made sure every single question I had was answered. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The dentists are fantastic. They take their time, and are very skilled at what they do. Much more competent than many dentists I've been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
