The dentists did not put my temporary crown in place correctly, so it fell out. I was pleased that they were able to fit me in at 10:00 am. However, even though I arrived before 10, I had to wait in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND 51 MINUTES! Once a dentist finally sees me, she discovers that the crown will not be able to be secured, so she gives me a temporary filling. It was temporary, that's for sure. it fell out less than 15 minutes later, and I didn't even eat or drink anything.

I am writing to draw attention to an episode, that happened to my daughter on April,21,2015.Elaine is the student of Montgomery High School,8 consecutive years champion of Special Olympics of NJ and National, devoted volunteer in University Princeton Hospital of Plainsboro. She is High functioning autistic and in her teacher words is best dressed and groomed in school.
Last Friday Elaine posted her photos from Hyatt's Prom evening and specially her hair up do,made by wonderful stylist.
But staff of Dental Health Associations, very rude and loud, accused sensitive girl of having head lice . They were pushing us around, spraying Clorox in our eyes (i recently had major surgery).
My daughter was very upset and crying. We stopped at office of our Family doctor (nurse didn't find a traces of lice ....but she witnessed, that Elaine have emotional trauma.
We have appointment scheduled with a Discrimination attorney.

I was not impressed with this office. It needs to be cleaned up. A dentist office should clean. The toilet facilities were not working and I had to inform the front desk that the toilet was broke. The trash cans were over flowing. Please clean this office.

Paid a lot of money for an implant that, it turns out, was not properly anchored. Tooth was always loose and never fit properly. After claiming the he needed to charge me more, dentist told me to come back when it falls out because he did not want to destroy the tooth. Stupid me. By the time the tooth fell out, dentist left the Hamilton facility. I was told the he worked elsewhere and that I would have to travel a considerable distance to rectify the situation. Stupid me. I should have raised holy hell at that point. I did not. Not only that, the same dentist would keep me waiting in the chair for more then a 1/2 hour on a number of occasions.

I moved to the area and chose DHA Hamilton for the dentist. I went in for my first visit and was taken back by the running of this place. Its like a factory in there with little dental cubicles and absolutely no privacy and x rays being taken within a few feet from patients being worked on. To top it off the dentist comes in and says I need to see their periodontist and their orthodontist. I was skeptical that all of a sudden they are scheduling me with all of their in house doctors so I went to an outside periodontist and orthodontist. DHA wouldn't release my XRays and did everything they could to keep me from going out of house. Finally I got the xrays and went to the outside doctors. Both outside doctors said I needed no work done and chalked it up to Dental Health Associates having to hit a quota. Both suggested finding another dentist.
