They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay.
