The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

When I went in, they decided to xray and clean my teeth instead of fix a broken tooth, which was the reason I'd made the appointment in the first place. I felt like I wasn't treated very well and had been given a very rude answer for one very simple question.
The presiding dentist is very rude, with horrible professional manners. The office is like a closet and seemed filthy. I don't suggest anyone go there. If I could give no stars, I would.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
