They never pick up the phone it is very hard to get an appointment over the phone. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They do not even pick up the call so it is a big head ace to get an appointment .

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
