Would never recommend him to anybody anymore. He schedules appointments for a few people and has them in different rooms to be worked on. He runs back and forth between rooms and never seems to actually put care into the work he is doing for you. it appears that Dr Grob is more interested in constant money coming in then patient time and care. Attempts to talk you into doing very expensive and overly priced dental procedures right away, and to start on them in the first visit. Given price for procedure, to which an adjusted price is added on to standard price (even if procedure is easy and uncomplicated), and to then have fees added to it such a oral evaluation, which dentist usually do to get more money from insurance companies. Too bad it was coming out of my pocket and have no insurance. Front desk demands complete payment and they have you apply for a health credit card to attempt to have put any work which he claims as needed to be done asap on it. Have a friend which went to Dr. Grob who was over charged over a thousand dollars on such card for work he claimed to have done on a tooth and was shown that this tooth was not worked on and they refused to credit the card, stating that the money will be needed for use on other work soon. Please spare yourself and find a different dentist, as he is only into making money as quick as possible with little regards to the people who trust him as a good dentist.

Just a warning, they talk clients into expensive unecessary treatment. They do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. Administrative staff completely inexperienced. They never listen to customers complaints and ignores them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They always return my phone calls quickly. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

I definitely don't trust their advice. For my conditions, which I let the doctor know in the very first visit, and I should have been refered to a periodontist. But they never did, and after over 2 yrs, I decided to change my doctor, and in the very first visit my new doctor refered me for a periodontist. I should have done this 2 years back.

No, they are almost always unavailable

No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

My overall experience with this practice (Warren location) was VERY NEGATIVE. While (most of) the staff members were friendly, they were intentionally confusing/misleading. They told me I needed procedures that required immediate action and quoted me an amount over $2500. They exaggerated my dental "conditions" and made me feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision about moving forward. I had a partial procedure done and left my appointment feeling uneasy and frustrated.

In regards to actual competency of the practitioners in this office, I have no comment, but I certainly do not trust them to have my best interest in mind. I have since found a dentist that I trust, who answers my questions and allows me time to make decisions about next steps.

I implore those considering this practice to look elsewhere. I do not wish upon others the pang of deep regret I am feeling now.

His dental work is good, but the amount I owe is always over by $300-$500 from the original treatment plan. Something fishy about that. And yet, my insurance payments, they swear, are always to the penny.
