Sure they are great if you don't need serious work done. We had a release sent to their office & their orthodontist refused to treat us. They refused to tend to our teeth because we saw another orthodontist 6 years ago. According to them, if I had knee surgery I am bound to the same doctor forever. Would not recommend. Also, my crown from them hurts every time I chew on it.

The staff are incompetent. They were told multiple times to change my insurance and to call my new insurance company to obtain approval for a service and did not do it correctly until the 6th time I called to follow up. The staff ask patients to call them back because they are too busy or ask to call back to follow up instead of the staff taking the patient's number down and calling them back. I received a filling and it was not done correctly. Had to get it redone a year later. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is basically there to collect their paychecks and the hygenist did a horrible job with my cleaning. Also,the oral surgeon never even bother to look at me or introduce himself and was more concerned if my extraction was authorized so he can get paid.
I highly recommend that no one goes to this office!
