I have always had a good experience going to Poller Dental Group. I had an implant done there several years ago and I have never had any problems. Most recently, I have had several root canals and fillings, and I have seen Dr. Choi, he is the BEST dentist. He is very conscientious, kind, and caring and takes a lot of pride in his work. He always make sure you are okay, and wants to genuinely help the patient. Dr. Choi is definitely an asset to Poller Dental Group and I highly recommend him. The Dental Assistants and Office staff have always been kind and courteous to me. I definitely recommend Poller Dental Group.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE PEOPLE HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE READ......Hi people my name is Brandon I had went to this dentist because i was in severe pain , spitting out blood and my gums were ripping open , my wisdom teeth were coming in , they hurt me even more took like 1 hour too call me in and I told them I can't take Tylenol because I have a bad liver and they still gave that too me , they didn't no what to give me so I called my old dentist and this dentist refused to give me anything and left me in severe pain to the point where I passed out from all the blood and pain and had to got to the hospital DO NOT EVER GO HERE PEOPLE

i went there because it was so close to my house however they have disappointed me so much. on my regular dental exam they took a lot of xrays and clean my teeth total for 2 to five minutes and done. that's it, Done. No cleaning, no polishing no flossing, no doctor check up. i hated it. they asked me to made an appointment with the doctor B***S***
will look for some other dentist

Don't even attempt to make an appointment here. I went here about a year ago and the dentist was nice and gentle with my teeth. But after this I have had the office cancel 3 separate appointments! I went for my next 6 month check up and they canceled twice. Stating there was no dentist the day of. I specifically chose this dentist because of their flexible hours. I made an appointment again a few weeks ago, arranged for childcare, they called me the day before to confirm and then the day of the appointment then called and canceled again. If they had reliable dentists I would consider going back but not after 3 separate flops. Go search elsewhere for a reliable dentist!
