They have grown too much and feel very impersonal now. 7 years ago, the doctor would talk to you about your child at the end of the visit. Now I never see her, only one of the many higienists. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I just hope my insurance is billed properly. After paying at the office my portion of the bill, I always get a another bill in the mail and not a small one. I don't get why they could never get the payment right.

I am switching to Lowell Dentistry after to many carelessly missed things. Other Moms have had similar stories as well. I think they have too many hygienists, not enough Dentist overview and it's like the fast food drive thru for dentistry. :(

I am finding another dentist for my children. I was told to be at the office 20 minutes prior to my appointment since my children were new patients. When we arrived, the door was locked and no one was answering the phones. My two children and I sat in the area outside the office for over 20 minutes prior to checking the door again. This time it was unlocked. However, when we went into the office there was no one at the front desk. 10 minutes after the first appointment was to begin, the receptionist and dental assistant walked in the door, returning from their lunch break. Nothing was said to me about sorry for the inconvenience of being late or anything. I was given a bunch of paperwork to fill out while my daughter was taken back for her exam. In the meantime, my 2 year old had dirtied his diaper. When I asked where I could change him, I was told where the restroom was located. Upon entering the restroom, there is no changing table or room to change a dirty diaper...yet this is an office that is supposed to cater to children??? When my daughter was finished with her exam, I was taken back with my son. The exam was super quick and not nearly as thorough as I have seen other dentists do. Once my son's exam was completed, I asked about how my daughter's exam went. All the Dr. said was "fine." I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get more information from him. By this time, I was already extremely upset. When I went back to the reception area to schedule further appointments, I was told the office is closed the week of Spring Break, closed for a week in August and closed on all holidays. Needless to say, I will be cancelling the appointments I made and finding another dentist to treat both my children.
