I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. No one will hear anything good from me! It really worried me that I couldn't get any questions answered here. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone! I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.

It's a good dentist. She is young but seems professional. She can get irritated with some questions. I had a wisdom tooth removed and it took her a long time to finish, she was picking up small pieces and I got stitches. I always had my wisdom teeth removed by a male dentist before, and experience was quite different.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were not meet and they didn't make any effort. She also will lie to try to get your money. Worst dentist ive ever been too!!

My wife and I recently moved back to Omaha and needed a credible dentist. Through word of mouth we chose Dr. Ferguson. Although Dr. Laura is a young practitioner, she exibits better skills than more experienced dentists we have had in the past. My wife is terrified of dentists and she lost considerable sleep prior to her first visit. Her worries and fears are history now. We've been going to Dr. Ferguson for over two years, and we will continue to do so. Going to the dentist is never fun, but Dr. Laura has made the experience as pleasant as can be expected. Her staff complements the experience.
