I have only visited this dentist twice, first for x-rays and what was supposed to be a cleaning, but they told me I would need to make another appointment for the cleaning, so I went a second time. Both times they told me I really needed to have a crown put on my tooth (I had a root canal almost 2 years ago by a different dentist). They told me that they were trying to get ahold of my insurance company before they could schedule the crown to be put on. After 4 months, I decided to look for myself. I had no problem finding the information and for the last 2 days I have called and had to leave messages that were never returned.

I'm only leaving 1 star because I have to to post. They don't deserve anything.

The receptionist is sooooooo rude!!!!!! For this to be the first person you speak to on the phone from making appointments to canceling appointments she was absolutely out of hand. Excuse me if I made the appointment 6 months ago for my children and didn't remember and you called to remind me of the appointment the day before. I apologized and told her that I was sorry that I forgot about the appointment could I reschedule... She replied in a nasty tone that's what we give you reminder cards for... I said excuse me so she repeated herself. She then proceeded to say most people put them on their fridge... I said ma'am I not most people and why are you so rude? Without even giving her the option to look up another appointment I told her to just cancel his appointment because of her attitude and nastiness most likely I would've called back at a later time to get another appointment...but when she hung up on me when I was in the middle of my sentence I said never again will my children go there again!!!!!!! Dr. Lancaster just lost not 1 but 2 patients!!!!!

The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She hung up on me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong because I needed to change my children's appointment. I don't know how she has lasted working there that long. The hygienist is wonderful, but it's not enough to keep me there. I am taking my family out of their practice - I pay too much money to be rushed and treated rudely.

I called to schedule an appointment for myself and my son on Friday November 22, 2013. After being put on hold for quite a long period of time, I asked several questions and was treated so horribly by the woman who answered the phone, that I actually asked her if she was mad at me. Absolutely the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced!

This has been a very bad experience for me. This dentist works on multiple patients at the same time. My appointment was at 9 am. They called my name at 9:30am. I was out of the clinic at 9:40am. The Dentist spent about 30 seconds doing his 'comprehensive' exam before jumping back to a patient on the right who was in the middle of something major. I felt that they gave me the appointment just to take my cash. That Dentist had no time for me but his wallet had space for my money.

I felt like I robbed. His comprehensive exam took less than a minute. I only came out with one X-Ray and a $152 invoice. I would never go to him again. The front desk lady was kind of rude.
