Doctor Brandon Devito and I had a verbal disagreement after he performed 3 fillings on one of my children when I was only told about 2 on a previous visit and in his own words said I was mistaken and or just forgot, when in fact, immediately after he explained what needed to be done, I went straight and told my husband and also both of my children remember his talk of only 2 fillings needed. Then, just because I showed concern in the lobby to my child, the doctor said I was scaring his patients. While at the same time he had given my other child laughing gas and numbing shots, he made my child get up and leave without treatment causing her to have fear because it was for nothing! I told this doctor, it could've have been prevented if he just stepped up before doing the work and making sure I had an understanding of what was being done, being that it was NOT on the xrays. His hands were shaky the whole time we were talking. My son is 17 and daughter is 13. He was rude in the sense of trying to cut my speech off, because I feel that he knew what he had done was wrong. We had been patients there for 6 years and up till this point I had always been informed. Each visit a dentist should always go over what's about to happen or at least ask if you are aware of today's work.
