Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The staff they have are obviously over worked. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. HOWEVER, they have no respect and/or consideration for the clients. I travel 2 hours both ways to get to these appointments and when I get there they are not prepared. When I mentioned something to the staff about it, all I got was attitude. Dr. Pena, himself, is a great dentist. His staff? Not so much. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
