The staff is focused on ensuring that each and every one of their patients needs are fully met before the end of the appointment. The front desk staff is always very warm and inviting from the moment you enter until the moment you exit. Dr. Rahman ensures that her patients are receiving the best treatment for their specific needs, whether it be orthodontic or general dentistry. She employs an amazing group of dental assistants that are just as dedicated to meeting her patients needs as she is. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. For an orthodontist office I was kind of surprised to see how out of date their equipment was there. I wish they had more of the recent advancements I have seen available at other places. Triangle Ortho has a racket going on about making you pay for all the lost brackets after 4! My daughter lost 4 within her first MONTH on treatment. They said "OK the next time you lose a bracket, thats $25!!!" They were horrid and unconcerned and traumatized my daughter by making her wait for treatment when on of her wires broke and was poking her in the cheek! DO NOT GO HERE
