I have United Concordia insurance and never receive an invoice directly from the dentist office but have asked for a copy of my records and never received them. I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my appointments and if I have an emergency they usually cannot fit me in for a week. The really bad part about it all is they have no emergency numbers to contact the dentist on the weekend. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I dont know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. The person at the front check in desk is not courteous and instead is loud and embarrasing when asking you questions that everyone in the office can hear. (personal information). Not the best dentist office for privacy.

i went there today for a cleaning. when the lady gave me the appointment card for todays date she told me 2:30 when it was actually 2:00. i went by 2:30 and when i arrived there Kathy one of the ladys in the front was very rude to me like always. She pretty much called me a liar. I was recommended this dentist office by family members who said they were great. However, KATHY wasnt great at all. If she is always going to be there and be ignorant i will have everyone i know stop going there

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
