I was pleased with my services, They were actually very patient with me and friendly, When people go to the dentist there is automatically a fear at least for me. They somewhat eased the fear and I was satisfied.

I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY WHEN THE DENTIST COULD NOT PULL MY TOOTH OUT THAT HE SHOULD HAVE CUT OUT. THEN DR. SCAMMON CAME IN AND OVER MEDICATED THE AREA SO THAT I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE IN MY FACE!!! MY FACE IS STILL NUMB TWO MONTHS LATER AND MY LIP BURNS CONSTANTLY... I WILL NEVER LET THEM TOUCH ME AGAIN!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Everytime i came in for an appt. the staff were either on personal phones calls or speaking with each other and did not stop to recognize that a customer was waiting. They never call you to remind you of appts. and are very impersonal when you are there.
