I thought my experience at this office was the best I have ever had. I have had many poor experiences in the past. Both doctors here are very concerned and nice. They always answer questions that I ask about my teeth. I had a front tooth that looked awful and they fixed it so it looks great.and it cost a lot less than what I had been quoted at another office.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Completely horrendous when you have an emergency. Utterly horrible. Will not work you into their schedule regardless of how long you have been a patient or the vast amount of money you have spent with them. My spouse had a crown that broke and was in a terrible deal of pain and called several times that morning literally begging for them to help but they would not do it because they were closing at 1pm (as they do on Thur and Fri). We had to find another dentist that day who we had never heard of who was actually happy to help.
Don't get me wrong, both of the Chauvins are good dentists. However, when an established patient has an emergency, they dwell on the bottom! I mean really...really...really? They make money hand over fist and cannot work one of their patients in who is having an emergency? Perhaps a little "caring" to go along with amount of $$$ you make Mr. & Mrs. Chauvin? Would it really be too awful much to ask?
Glad to say we have moved on to another dentist who uh...cares and takes his patients' emergencies seriously.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
