BEWARE of Dr. Andrew Kelly! Dr. Andrew Kelly is absolutely incompetent. Dr. Andrew Kelly did an improper root canal on me that later had to be painfully removed (it took three visits) and replaced by a specialist. Insurance would not cover the $4,000 this repair cost and dr. Andrew Kelly refused to cover it so I ended up having to pay to $4,000 to fix his shoddy work. Thankfully the NC Board of Dental Examiners has suspended his license, made him go back to school (repeatedly!) and fined him but he's still out there preying on people.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

Not really, it took a long time

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Once or twice, but not enough

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.
