They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. they were so great with my kids even my at the time 1 year old who did not want to sit still they have a very welcoming atmosphere for children i reccomend them to everyone!

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

I do realize that it is much better to be early than late. However, when you work 50+ hours a week, and have small children it makes it difficult to be punctual all the time. Dr. Weinberg is wonderful, but the staff upfront is a joke! I was treated rudely when I brought my son in 15 minutes late for his appointment (even though I apologized several times), and my husband was treated even more horribly today when he was 10 minutes late for my son's appointment. Not to mention that he had my 1 year old with him, which makes them even more uncompassionate. I understand that it can throw the rest of the day off when a patient is late, but it's totally inexcusable for the way they acted. My husband said another patient came in and one of them said, "Oh wow...your on time!" in an overly sarcastic tone. They made my husband and 2 little boys wait over an hour before they finally left. My husband said they made him feel like he was being punished for being 10 minutes late. Since Dr. Weinberg is so nice, I am shocked that he would have staff of this caliber working for him. We will never return and I would not recommend this office to anyone, unless you like being treated with no respect.
