The first time I went to the dentist, the staff seemed friendly and the service was simple and painless. The next time I went, John Wright was friendly, but his staff treated me like I was stupid. They took more time telling me about different payment options (which I didn't need because I already knew how I wanted to pay) than telling me what kind of work they wanted to do on my teeth. I was estimated a cost for 2 different visits and the actual price was a lot higher. They explained all the ways teeth get diseased and what they were doing as they went along, but it was not clear what they wanted to do at the next appointment and in the future.
