Had crowns done here....kept going back because it was hurting they said it would go away...pain didn’t go away and went to another dentist have a cavity in tooth he crowned. One of the crowns he put on doesn’t even match the rest my teeth made a totally different color. And I don’t like the laser cleaning stick with the old fashion cleaning.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but it was close to the entrance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting room here is very comfortable. I it is never overcrowded. I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every so often to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my sensitivity. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff and doctor are very gentle and kind and I don't feel uncomfortable knowing I have to go back for more work to be completed. Thanks Belgrade Dental for being the best dentist office I've been to.

Don't go here! I just got done having my cavities redone with another office.

I had tooth pain for a year following a filling from Belgrade Dental. Went in multiple times and they ground down the cavity saying it was hitting my bite and that was causing the pain. They also told me that sometimes fillings will cause pain that you just have to learn to live with... really??

Finally went to someone else. They had to redo the cavity as it wasn't aligned correctly with the adjacent tooth and food was getting stuck and irritating the tooth causing the pain. BUT the worst part is that the tooth still had decay that wasn't totally cleaned out! They also redid a second cavity for the same reason - saw decay under the filling. Horrible!! And such a waste of money.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The doctor was very helpful in explaining the process and I really appreciated that. I feel a lot more confident about my next appointment.

Awful awful awful dental office! The most uncomfortable experience! I cancelled my teeth cleaning appointment and they threatened to pre-collect from me next time. Very unfriendly and pushy!

I did not have much input in my care - it was their way or no way. The staff was very cold - almost robot-like. They seemed to have a very strict protocol/time frame for everything and did not allow time for questions - or cut off questions because they had to do something else right then. They are not up front with prices - you don't know what the next phase will cost until you pay for the previous one. And their prices are very high.

The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. One thing that's been so annoying about Belgrade Dental Associates, is that they always end up postponing my appointments and they always try to over diagnose and rip you off. I was frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. I was really hoping that I'd be able to watch TV during my dental procedure but they didn't have one. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure without getting bored. The people that manage this office are absolute idiots.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
