Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. post op my care was left to an incompetent resident,no pain control 12 hours after surgery iv was not working.surgeon off to a conference.hospital outdated and old st. marys.very poor support staff and no follow up care post op.i had a very serious surgery and am still in alot of pain months later.surgery was very expensive and mayo should provide much better care.
