I feel like my appointment was pointless, and a waste of money, I was told I needed a root canal and crown, after insurance my part would be 400.00 so i prepared for a crown on a molar and a root canal, I was scheduled and my crown was molded but had to be sent off to the lab my tooth was drilled and as he was fitting my temp i was told that i probably didnt have to do the root canal , that i would most likely be ok if the tooth was packed with a special packing and crowned, so i came back a two weeks later for the permanant crown and i expressed my concern over sensitivity to cold and hot with this crown over the last two weeks and was told that if i had a nerve in the tooth causing problems that i may need to go ahead with the root canal, but was informed at this time that the doctor does not actually do root canals on molars that i would have to go elsewhere......If that is the case he should of told me as soon as he found out it was a molar that was causing my pain and let me get this done where "they actually do root canals on molars", I feel as though i was conned and now im out of 400.00 because i have to start over again now elsewhere...i still need a root canal....it will cosst me again...but he got his money.....but he wont get me again....BAD SERVICE>>>>WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Dr Conaway is a great dentist and takes care of his patients. Dentists are not my favorite activity, but Dr Conaway does everything his can to make you comfortable and pain-free. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
