The new dental assistant to the doctor is not very competent. I felt like I was being handled by an inexperienced person who is unskilled, clumsy and not knowing exactly what she is supposed to do when she was doing the prep work on me and while helping the doctor when I had to have caps put on two molars at two different times. I experieced discomforts and pains from her working on me. The doctor is fine and competent.
