When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
