Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

This is the best orthodontist I have ever met. The staff are very polite, professional and understand teens! They see both adults and children and one of my children is currently their patient. I am very pleased with my own treatment (I was a patient there for over 18 months) and the results are impressive. They are extremely reliable.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
