I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
