I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
