They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
