Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
