Professional and friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome. You never have to wait too long to be seen since they make sure they schedule plenty of time for each appointment and treat each person with respect and like an individual. I also like that they don't pressure you to have extra work done that you can't afford. They really make you feel that you are in charge of making the decisions about your own course of treatment. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel as little discomfort or anxiety as possible, which is really important in a dentist!
