I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I went in for a consultation and cleaning, I did not get my teeth cleaned, because they said I needed to get the feelings done first. This was the first time I was told this. They said they were in my network, which they technically were not because they are not in-network for my plan, so they were treated as out of network. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said about my anxiety concerning dental work. I felt the doctor was extremely thorough in educating me about dental procedures, but condescending, when he said "you need to get over it." The staff was nice and friendly.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The accountant was rude. She wanted me to pay my bill before the insurance was even billed.The accountant don't like dealing with union because they take to long to pay. It's a shame because the dentist,hygienists and the front desk was so helpful and kind. Never go back again..
