I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
