Dr Dunning and all his staff - from the front desk and all the way back - are just amazing. They are completely committed to making sure you are comfortable, well informed and have all your questions answered. They are very accomodating with appointment schedules and helping with any billing issues.
I would truly recommend them to my friends & family.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Dunning's office. A friend recommended Dr. Dunning, and I was not disappointed. The office staff is professional and very friendly, they billed insurance for me, and the facility was clean with a soothing decor. Best of all, I felt no pain during my root canal!

I was so shocked at the conditions of this dentists office that I was too scared to let them proceed with my crown.

The front office looks nice and inviting, but when they walked me back into room #3, I was horrified! The floor was filthy!
Everything had dust on it. Some of the instruments had fallen out of there holders and were on the FLOOR!
I reluctantly sat in the chair. The x-ray tech swung the arm which holds instruments around the chair while the instruments drug on the floor. She didn't even pick them up,and acted as if there were nothing wrong with the situation. There was dust on everything, including the large TV monitor which hangs directly over the patient chair.
I pretended I had financial issues and as politely as I could, left!

I was stunned by what I saw. I've seen veterinarian clinics cleaner than this place. I am not exaggerating.

The billing in the office is very inconsistent. Office personnel for the most part is very good but Doctor has no bedside manor. His office manager never returns call when I call about bill, she will be the death of the office. His expensive equpment that he raves about ust be the reason for his expensive work and bad communication skills with the patients. D.R.
