While the office had all the bells and whistles and no shortage of fancy gadgets, the high pressure sales for procedures outside of my insurance made me want to run screaming.

I went in for a basic cleaning. I left in tears with only X-rays of my teeth done and the staff refusing to do a basic cleaning of my teeth because they felt I needed a $500 out of pocket deep cleaning procedure and the removal of my wisdom teeth (which two different dentists said was unnecessary at this point in my life).

Instead of doing a basic cleaning and letting me return at a later time when I had money to do the recommended deep cleaning, I lost an hour an a half of my time and felt like an idiot walking out of the office without accomplishing anything I walked in for.

I'm NEVER returning to this office.

They know their stuff! The only dental office that provides insurance education and treatment education a tooth chart and literature to take home. For once I actually understand my oral health and what to expect from my insurance, no more surprises, straight to the point. All of the staff was so friendly, I was recommended by a friend and will recommend my friends and family.
