They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
