I have seen this doctor before and I did not like him then either but they had no other doctor taking appointments at that time I had forgotten how rough he was, he hurt both my ears bad now im deaf thanks to him.
He jams things into your ears like hes angry about something or dont like his job. He sent me for test and threw away the report ent st clair shores could not find the report on my return visit . Now im deaf in the ear he jamed his hurricane sucking thing into my ear.

I liked the staff.
they were polite and friendly. The doctor however was a different story. He had a very dismissive attitude and made me feel like I was wasting his time. He has a very short, abrupt personality. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone

This was THE worst doctor visit I have ever had in my entire life. I came for my first visit to find solutions for several issues I was having. The staff was super friendly and funny, but this doctor was awful. Not only did he not listen, but he rolled his eyes and talked down to me as if I were wasting his time. I cannot even believe that someone could be so awful and unhelpful. I don't expect a doctor to be super social with me, but I do expect them to treat me as a human being and to show they care by listening. There is no need to act like such a joke.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They were average

Yes, I had to wait forever.
