They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Hart only wanted to push prescriptions on me and not request the tests that I needed to find out what is WRONG with me.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, they seemed very qualified
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
