I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I met Dr. Braunreiter this year when he took over Dr. Peterson's practice. He is very down to earth and was easy to talk to. This office has always taken good care of me and I feel comfortable continuing my dental care there. All the employees are the same including my favorite hygienist, Paula. I had a filling, crown and my cleaning done. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
