I had a follow up appointment for some "preventative maintenance" on my front teeth to prevent a chipped or broken tooth. Dr. lingle left at the end without say saying a word to me and left the assistant finish my teeth. It didn't feel right but, was told that I may just need to get used to it. 5 bites into my meal that evening and my front tooth chipped off! I called next morning and talked to Dr. lingle, he told me he could do anything for me over the phone. No apologizes, no explanations, didn't offer to see me right away either. When I asked how could this have happened he said he's been in the profession 30 years and is well established in the community and there is nothing he could do for me over the phone. Well, with that attitude and botched service I will definitely not return to his office and recommend to others NOT to use his services.
