My 7 year old daughter was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The wait was absolutely ridiculous, 2 hours! They did not address our concerns for our daughter's vision issues and made me feel stupid for even bringing her in, even though it was suggested by her neurologist and pediatrician that she be seen by an ophthalmologist. After all of that, they failed to give my daughter protective eye wear after they dilated her eyes, which triggered a migraine, the very reason she was having her eyes examined in the first place. The only reason I gave one star is because we eventually got to leave that dungeon of an office we were stuck in for hours. Shame on them.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
