This practice is completely unprofessional and incompetent. My daughter has been receiving orthodontic care at this office for three years, and we have paid in full for these services. My daughter reminded me that we had not seen the orthodontist all summer, so I called the office to see why I did not get the usual reminder phone calls. To my surprise, I was told the orthodontist had retired and was referred to another office in Waterford. I reminded them that my account was paid in full, and asked if they would refund my money or pay for the new services ... they would not give me an answer. I requested an appt. with Dr. Taylor to discuss his financial obligations and I was told he would not see me. There were several other issues with this office over the years as well. I would not recommend Dr. Taylor's Family Dentistry.

This Dentist has the most incompetent billing staff that i have ever encountered. Debbie is in charge of billing, she doesn't know how to do her job, and refuses to correct her mistakes, leading to endless phones calls with her and your insurance company. Even after the insurance company gives you the answer Debbie refuses to correct her errors. I wouldn't recommend this Dental office to my worst enemy. If you decide to go here, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

What a circus, I changed dentists and found out that my office visits where covered and they had been charging me. I don't right reviews ever and I was inspired do this because no one should get sucked into this place. I am so happy I changed.
