I went in for a fractured clavicle. I was told the bones were laying end to end and would heal on its own. come back in a month and get xray. Came back a month later and now my fracture is totally different from the first time I went in. The bones are a total non union fracture and they are laying top of each other. Also when I first sat down in in exam room she asked me why I was there? There was nothing in the notes telling me to come back for anything. Dr told bones would heal like that and I don't have to come back ever. I tried to ask questions and he poked me 3 times really hard on my fracture and asked if it hurt. I will never step foot in his office again. He has no idea what a doctor is.

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I had called him to let him know that my insurance didn't cover something that he had proscribed for me and it took a week of me calling him everyday for him to finally have someone call me back to let me know that I would have to go to my Family doc from now on. they could have told me that the first day I called and my nerve pain could have been helped. thank god I got sick of calling with no response from them and day or two before they finally called me back I had called my family doc to complain about him and they saw me right away called my insurance and got me on something that was non narcotic that my insurance would cover. Don't ever go to Dr. Levin!!!!

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
