Dr. O'Neil and his staff are very friendly and I have never doubted care received by any of them, though he does have a dental assistant that conducts a rather painful cleaning. Much jabbing and bleeding though I don't have any particular dental problems. Has had substitutes in there that are much better. Dr. O'Neil can be trusted to do only procedures that he deems necessary and does not push for extra work unless he really feels you need it done. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and can always get in within a day if I am having any issues.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
