I really appreciated Dr. Yousif and her whole staff, they are all very thoughtful to my dental needs, I was very impressed with their professionalism, the best dentist I've been to in years and I look forward to seeing them on my next visit. a big thank you to Dr. Yousif and her staff.

I'm older and needed a bunch of teeth pulled and dentures. Great expressions did a excellent job and I was shocked at how smooth it went. Really changed my life.

This place is a complete ripoff. I wanted JUST a cleaning, nothing more, as my insurance would not pay for anything beyond cleaning and x-rays. I was told, after waiting in the chair for 30 minutes, that I had terrible teeth, and they could not do a simple cleaning because I required a deep cleaning, something that would cost over $1,200 out of pocket. The receptionist, not the dentist or the technician, explained all of this to me. I was shocked. I have always had good hygiene and I brush and floss multiple times daily. My previous dentist never even hinted there was trouble. These people are out to get money in any way, shape, or form that they can. Dr. David Katz was the dentist at the location I visited. He's rude, curt, and unwilling to spend any time with his patients. I got out of there as quickly as possible. They tried to upsell as much as they could, even so far as to try to sell me an electric toothbrush they had marked up to over $100. They even had my appointment time incorrect! They called me at 10:30 wanting to know why I did not show for my appointment, when I had the time card they sent saying my appointment was at 11:10! That should've been clue #1 that this place was awful. I will never go here again.

I scheduled a teeth cleaning months in advance and my first time to use this facility in my local community of Douglasville, GA. They kept me waiting 2 hours before calling me back when I arrived 30 min prior to my appt time. I had expressed on 3 separate times to the staff to not perform any services for me beyond my copay and what my insurance allows and covers. They said my wait was due to them verifying my insurance. Once I was finally in the chair, they then wanted to come back and charge me for req'd x-rays which I declined and said they could get a copy of my prior year xrays from my prev dentist who was no longer under my insurance plan. They said they had to have xrays then before they could clean my teeth. I refused to pay for them and was going to exit and leave. They then came back and said they would perform the xrays at no cost and not to worry. I again said DO NOT perform any services on me beyond my copay and what ins pays for and I do not want anything but my teeth cleaned. After over another hour of sitting in the chair and her floating between me and 2 other patients I had - had enough of waiting to only be given half of my teeth cleaned. I had been more than patient with this office staff. I got up out the chair paid my copay and left the facility without ever seeing the actual dentist and vowing I would never return to this place again. Here I am months later fighting bills that started arriving within 30 days of my Dec 2013 appt. First bill was over $800 which included billing me for the xrays that I declined and said I was not paying for while sitting in the chair. The local office mgr says there is nothing he can do about it and to contact corporate. He would only speak with me once. The second time he would not even speak about a solution and hung up on me. Corporate has never gotten back to me in 3 months of trying to contact them. I have since filed complaints with the insurance provider, BBB, State/Local Board of Dentistry, and the State Licensing Board and tried to file a complaint (which they will not accept) with the Amer Dental Assoc. Here I am into month four and just received another bill from Great Expressions. I never authorized or gave them permission to perform ANY service on me beyond my copay. Good luck to you if you go to this facility. I hope no one ends up fighting bills for services that I knew I could never afford to pay. I wish I had never given this place a try for a simple yearly teeth cleaning.

Steer clear of this place any way you possibly can. I have been going to this dental office for a long time due to my insurance so that is the only reason I stayed. I have been there long enough to have seen them go through 4 different dentists. The last male dentist cracked my tooth while putting in a filling, then when the tooth completely cracked in half, told me it was my fault, even though I had told them on several occasions that my tooth was bad. The newest doctor has put in a crown for my husband *5* times, and it has fallen out each and every time. He has even had to wait up to 2 months just to get a new faulty crown put in. The office is always freezing and being able to hear the cries of pain from a patient due to the open bays is very disconcerting.

Don't go here. Go to a dental school if you have to, but stay away from this place.

I have had both good and bad experiences with this office. The staff is friendly and will help you out when they can. They even waived the $30 cancellation fee when I was unable to be at an appoint due to a sick child. My only complaint about the front office is that during the winter it is absolutely *freezing* in there lol.

My problem was with the previous dentist, who destroyed a tooth that only needed what he said was a "pinhole filling". That filling lead to having to have it repaired two more times, then having it recently break due to the stress that he put the tooth under. Also, their sub dentist is by no means a friendly or kind person in any respect. The current female dentist they have seems to be very friendly and willing to help, but for us it is too little, too late.

I wouldn't steer anyone away from this dentist, but I wouldn't recommend them either. We are currently searching for a new dentist.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
