I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr. Klettner is the best and most thorough physician we have ever had. We have moved and it will be difficult to replace him!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
